Prosperity started with a simple observation: most software agencies charge senior rates and deliver junior work. We built the alternative — a team where every developer is someone you'd want to hire permanently, working on a model that keeps costs honest.
We've shipped mobile apps for one of the world's largest hearing care groups, built AI-powered grid management tools deployed across European utility networks, and helped fintech startups go from idea to regulated product.
