The Site serves as an informational and contact portal for prospective and current clients; service agreements for client engagements are governed by separate written contracts, which prevail over these terms in case of conflict.

5. Case studies and client references

Case studies published on the Site are shared with the knowledge and consent of the relevant clients. Some client details may be anonymised at the client’s request. Testimonials reflect the genuine experiences of real clients; results described are specific to those engagements and are not a guarantee of outcomes.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, with Harju County Court as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
