How We Approach a Redesign
Most redesigns waste money making things prettier without fixing why users leave. We start with evidence, change what's broken, and protect what already works.
Audit before we touch anything
We review analytics, session recordings, reviews, and the codebase to find where users struggle and why. The redesign targets real problems, not assumptions.
Keep what works
If users already know a flow, we don't reinvent it for novelty's sake. Redesigns fail when they break familiar habits — we change what hurts, not everything.
Migrate, don't disrupt
