1. Data controller

The data controller responsible for this website (prosperity-software.com) is:

Prosperity Team OÜ
Kaupmehe tn 7-120, Tallinn 10114, Estonia
Email: info@theprosperity.team

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Estonian data protection law.

2. What data we collect

  • Enquiries and call bookings — when you book a call through the Cal.com scheduler on this site or email us directly, we receive your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your project or company.
  • Usage data (only with your consent) — if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects data such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type. We configure analytics without advertising features.
  • Technical logs — our hosting provider (AWS Amplify) may record standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and this website is not directed at them.

3. Purposes and legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

  • Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
  • Communicating during and after an engagement — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
  • Website analytics — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given via the cookie banner). You can withdraw consent at any time — see section 4.
  • Security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure).

We do not sell your data, use it for third-party marketing, or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Cookies

No analytics cookies are set until you accept them in the cookie banner. We use:

NameTypePurposeDuration
ps-cookie-consentStrictly necessary (localStorage)Remembers your cookie choiceUntil cleared
_gaAnalytics (consent only)Distinguishes visitors for Google Analytics2 years
_ga_*Analytics (consent only)Maintains Google Analytics session state2 years

The embedded Cal.com scheduler may set its own functional cookies when you interact with it; see Cal.com’s privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time: . Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. Recipients and processors

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (Google, AWS, Cal.com) are based in or transfer data to the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR), together with supplementary safeguards where appropriate.

7. Data retention

  • Enquiries and correspondence — up to 3 years after our last contact, or for the duration of a client relationship plus any period required by accounting and tax law.
  • Analytics data — 14 months (Google Analytics default), after which it is deleted or aggregated.
  • Cookie consent record — stored in your browser until you clear it or change your choice.

8. Your rights (Art. 15–21 GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
  • Have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16).
  • Have your data erased — the “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17).
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18).
  • Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20).
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing (Art. 7(3)).

To exercise any of these rights, email info@theprosperity.team. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) — or with the authority in your EU member state of residence.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and the principle of data minimisation — we only collect what we need to respond to you.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Where changes affect processing based on your consent, we will ask for consent again.
