From Business Processes to a Bespoke Platform in Seven Months

STEP 01

Discovery & Planning

Embedded a Senior Business Analyst to dive deep into the firm's day-to-day operations — interviewing stakeholders, mapping every business process, and pinpointing the operational bottlenecks. This groundwork defined a system shaped around how the firm actually works, not a generic template.

STEP 02

UX Design

Translated that process map into information architecture, user flows, and wireframes for the entire platform — validating each flow with the firm before any visual design, so the structure was right before a pixel was drawn.

STEP 03

UI Design & Design System

Delivered the full visual design plus a complete, reusable design system and component library.

STEP 04

Development

Built the platform over five months on Django/FastAPI and AWS — real-time chat, the financial/P&L module, the AI assistant, and all operational modules.
