Loyalty program mobile app with gamification mechanics for Loops
To engage restaurants’ visitors and strengthen their loyalty, Loops, a UK startup, tended to create a loyalty program app with maps integration. With this app, iOS, Android users check-in in the restaurants, and earn loyalty points that can be redeemed for special offers, cashback, or unlocking next levels in the app. Using GPS data and users’ order history, restaurant businesses can boost their sales and empower their brands with loyal customers.
Based on the initial requirements, Prosperity Software team picked up the technology stack to serve the idea. It was agreed to proceed with Kotlin for the Android version, and Swift – for iOS. Our architect found the most relevant architecture solution which took the form of a cross-platform mobile app with gamification elements and tiers. It was paired with interactive maps on Android and iOS, so that users get directions to the closest restaurants and find exclusive, highly-targeted nearby offers with geo-push notifications. A loyalty account feature allows users to easily log in with a single sign-on, and keep track of their rewards, friends, places, community growth, and levels. To stay flexible, the project infrastructure is hosted on cloud.
